Personalized Items — No Returns or Exchanges
All ANIMUS products are custom-made to order based on the personalization details you provide at checkout. Because each item is created uniquely for you and cannot be restocked or resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized orders once production has begun.
Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted information including misspellings, incorrect dates, or uploaded photos that do not meet quality standards.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print or production error that is our fault, we will replace it at no charge. To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date
- You must provide your order number and clear photographs showing the defect or damage
- The issue must be due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage — not a result of customer error in the personalization submission
Approved claims will receive a replacement item of the same product at no cost. We do not issue cash refunds except in cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., item is discontinued).
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing support@animusjewlery.com. After that window, production may have already begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
