Made to Order

Every Animus product is custom-made after your order is placed. Production time is typically 2–5 business days before your order ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons (holidays, etc.).

Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves production. Allow up to 48 hours after receiving the email for tracking to activate.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country's authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@animusjewlery.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will reship or refund as appropriate.
